## Policy

All photographs, video, and derivative visual works on this site are the
copyright of ROBERRYARTS STUDIOS. We do NOT grant permission for:

- Training of AI models (image or multi-modal) on any image hosted on this site
  or its CDN at media.roberryarts.com.
- Indexing of images into image-search products.
- Scraping, archival, or redistribution of images in any form.
- Generation of derivative images using our photographs as reference or input.

Textual content (page copy, service descriptions, studio information) MAY be
indexed by general-purpose web search crawlers (Googlebot, Bingbot) for
standard web-search results only.

## Machine-readable signals

- robots.txt disallows all known AI / image-training user agents.
- HTTP responses on /photoshoots and related routes carry:
    X-Robots-Tag: noimageindex, noai, noimageai, max-image-preview:none
- Meta robots tags on those pages mirror the same policy.
- Images are served behind a hotlink-protected CDN (referer lock to
  roberryarts.com / www.roberryarts.com).

## Licensing

Commercial licensing of specific photographs is available on written request.
Contact hello@roberryarts.com with the image URL, intended use, distribution
channels, and term. Unauthorised use will be pursued under Singapore and
applicable international copyright law.
